Membership Questions

Yes. We require 30 days’ written notice to cancel your membership.

Absolutely. Even healthy adults should see a healthcare provider for routine preventive care at least once a year. Membership also provides shorter wait times and more convenient scheduling, so you can receive care when it works for you.

Insurance & Payment Questions

No. DeVine Direct Care operates entirely through membership fees, and insurance is not billed for visits provided through your membership.

Yes. You can continue using your health insurance for specialist visits, imaging, medications, testing, hospital services, and other outside medical care, depending on your plan.

HSA or FSA funds may be used for eligible membership fees and laboratory services. Eligibility can vary by plan, so we recommend confirming coverage with your HSA or FSA administrator.

Membership payments are processed automatically using a credit card, debit card, or eligible HSA or FSA card kept securely on file.
Appointments & Provider Access

We aim to provide an appointment within 24 to 48 business hours after your initial contact with our office.

Yes. Virtual appointments may be available upon request when the provider determines that telehealth is appropriate for your medical concern.
Care and Services Questions

Yes. Our providers can review your current medications, manage eligible existing prescriptions, and prescribe new medications when medically appropriate. All prescriptions are provided at the discretion of the treating provider.

Your first set of standard physical laboratory tests is included with your membership. Additional or specialized laboratory testing may involve a separate cost outside of your membership fee.

If specialty care is medically necessary, we will help coordinate an appropriate referral.

Yes. We can evaluate and treat many common same-day health concerns. Contact our office when an issue arises, and we will arrange the earliest appropriate appointment. If your concern requires emergency care, you will be directed to the appropriate facility.

DeVine Direct Care does not provide weight management services directly. Our sister company, Entirely DeVine Aesthetics and Wellness, offers weight management services. We would be happy to help you schedule a consultation to discuss available treatment options.

Complete the interest form on our website. A member of our team will contact you by email or text, based on your preferred communication method, to help you schedule your first appointment.

Our staff will begin by reviewing your medical history and completing the intake process. You will then meet with your provider to discuss your health needs, concerns, goals, and recommended next steps. Follow-up appointments will be scheduled as needed.

Yes. New patient paperwork will be sent to you by email or text and should be completed before your first appointment.
