Direct care is a membership-based approach to healthcare. Instead of paying a copay each time you need support, you pay a straightforward membership fee for access to the primary care services included in your plan.
This model allows your provider to spend more time getting to know you, understand your health history, and create a care plan based on your needs and goals.
With fewer barriers between you and your provider, care can feel more accessible, proactive, and personal.

Important note: Services are provided when medically appropriate and within the scope and policies of DeVine Direct Care. Outside laboratory fees, imaging, specialist services, medications, emergency care, and hospital services are not included in membership.

Your membership covers the primary care and wellness services provided by DeVine Direct Care and included in your membership agreement. It does not replace health insurance or cover services provided by outside facilities or professionals.
Membership does not include:
Specialist visits
Emergency room care
Hospital services
Outside laboratory fees
Imaging services
Prescription medication costs
Insurance premiums
Procedures not offered by DeVine Direct Care
Services not listed in the membership agreement
Costs for services provided by outside laboratories, pharmacies, imaging centers, specialists, hospitals, and other facilities are billed separately by those organizations.
Important: Final membership inclusions, limitations, and policies are determined by the DeVine Direct Care membership agreement.

Membership Enrollment Note
To become a member, all new patients are required to pay the first three months of membership at the time of enrollment.

Direct Access When You Need Guidance
We will be available 24/7 via phone calls and text. We will respond to all messages within a timely manner seeing you within 24-48 business hours of your initial point of contact. We are also available to discuss any concerns via email. After business hours we will be available for messaging and calling responses, any voicemails will be attended to the next business day.

No. Membership provides access to the services included in your DeVine Direct Care plan. Patients may still need health insurance for emergencies, hospital care, specialist services, imaging, outside laboratory testing, medications, and other services not included in membership.

Yes. All new memberships begin with a three-month commitment. The first three months are paid at enrollment.

After the initial three-month commitment, members may choose monthly or quarterly billing. Quarterly billing provides the best overall value.

In-house lab drawing, test ordering, and lab review may be available based on provider recommendations and practice policies. Fees charged by outside laboratories are not included unless specifically stated.

Yes! You are encouraged to keep your health insurance for specialist visits and emergency visits. You will still have to pay our membership fees in addition to insurance costs if you keep insurance.

Cancellation terms, notice requirements, and refund policies are explained in the membership agreement.

Virtual visits may be available when clinically appropriate and permitted by practice policy.
